exclusively for philatelic collectibles. You can select and buy these items on-line.The total cost of the items is to be sent either by Money order or Demand Draft, drawn
in favour of The Regional Philately Fund, Postmaster General office,Annexe,4th floor, Ernakulam HPO Complex, Kochi-682011, payable at Kochi. Once we receive the amount, we will dispatch you the items by registred post. You can also keep track of your order by using the 'Tracker' facilty.
It may please be noted that the supply jurisdiction of Phila Shoppe from the Ernakulam Philatelic Bureau is limited to
