How do I open a Philatelic Deposit Account in the Ernakulam Philatelic Bureau ?

To open a Philatelic Deposit Account in the Ernakulam Philatelic Bureau, you can either use the On-line Account Opening facility or Download the application form from this site. In both the cases, all you have to do is fill up the application form correctly and send Rs: 200/- in Indian Currency as Money order or Demand Draft in favour of The Regional Philately Fund, Postmaster General Office,Annexe ,4th floor Ernakulam HO Complex, Kochi - 682011. Once we receive the application form and the money, we will open a PD account in your name and will intimate you as to its opening.

Please note that the application must be filled up correctly and you must also indicate the requirments of the following items :

Requirement of stamps.

First day cover (F.D.C.) Blank or with stamps duly cancelled.
